Daniel has 20 years of experience in hospitality. Starting from the age of 15 as a kitchen porter in Cambridge, working his way through the ranks all the way to Head Chef.
He then moved to London and was Head Chef for 10 years at a restaurant in North London, where he also went on to open a second restaurant.
After the restaurants he spent a year in contract catering before making the switch into recruitment. Using his experience and knowledge that he has gained over the years to help others.
Daniel still loves the buzz from working in a busy kitchen and jumps back in from time to time for our clients.
