Jubilee is prepared to create a splash again by sponsoring as an employment and recruitment partner in the Landmark chef competition, The International Salon Culinaire 2023 in ExCel London.
Chefs of all ages and skill levels can participate in more than 100 competitions across four different categories –
- Salon Display
- Live Theatre
- Skills Theatre
- and Sugarcraft.
Professional chefs, junior chefs, students, and apprentices are invited to enter one or more competitions from the full selection, with our Sugar craft section open to Professional Cake makers which is to be held in close collaboration with Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) (Formerly Hotelympia) from March 20–22 at ExCeL London.
With such a wide range of chefs participating, the event promises to be the biggest and best yet. So, whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a different kind of culinary experience, Salon Culinaire 2023 is a must-see!
Leading chefs from all over the world will congregate in London for three days to exhibit their talents and contend for the coveted Salon Culinaire trophy.
There is no denying that all Former candidates who won went on to become some of the most well-known chefs in the UK, both domestically and internationally.

Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC), a trade event for hospitality and food service professionals, announced Monica Galetti as Chef Ambassador of the 2023 edition.
The event’s entries have begun and will end on 17th February 2023.
