Sam’s passion for food and hospitality began early, inspired by evenings watching Keith Floyd and Rick Stein with his dad. That early interest became a clear career path, leading him to study at University College Birmingham before gaining experience in a range of kitchens across the city.
He went on to join Peach Pubs, managing sites across the Midlands and Warwickshire and playing a key role in launching new venues in Birmingham and Oxford as a front-of-house manager.
In 2020, Sam joined Jubilee, where he now supports pubs, restaurants and leisure businesses across central and southern Birmingham. His first-hand understanding of the industry means he knows exactly what his clients and candidates need – and how to deliver it.
Fun fact: Sam once trained as a butler for a role with Luxury Family Hotels – and even served the Royal Family.
