Daniel Lewis is Jubilee’s Recruitment Consultant for Gastro Pub, Restaurants within the Temps department . He helps all of our candidates find work and provides clients with temporary solutions throughout the West Midlands
I started with Jubilee in May 2015 , my favourite part of the job is the consent hurdles you encounter on a daily basis. I get great satisfaction when solving an impossible problem and the gratitude you receive from that. Working in the Temp division is like having the biggest kitchen brigade you will ever manage. Building good relationships with all of my guys has created new friendships and a high level honesty between me and the chefs that are currently working with me.
I have worked all over the country in various roles within Restaurants and Gastro Pubs, working in Birmingham, Bournemouth, Essex, London, Brighton, Weymouth, Chester and Torquay. After many years on the road I returned back home to his roots in Kinver just outside the Black Country to take on a new role a Recruitment Consultant.
The things I love most in my life are my Children, Friends and Family. When not spending time with the people around me I enjoy a good dark rum, mountain biking and climbing.
