Ben has been a chef for the past 18 years, amazingly it was his DT food Technology teacher at school that gave him his first insight into cooking and he never looked back.
He has worked across the whole range of the hospitality industry, from beautiful 3 rosette fine dining properties, gorgeous hotels to amazing gastro pubs and has graced the trendy breakfast, brunch and lunch side. Ben loves nothing more than working in teams and is very much a people person.
Ben thrives on making people happy and that’s his drive to be the best in any job he does. Being a bit of a joker always helps too.
