We are looking for a Night Manager who will represent the Management team during the night as well as assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department.
As the Night Manager you will be confident in working in a team environment as well as working alone. You will direct and overs all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
You will ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit in a timely fashion and oversee completion of the daily summary reports.
You will work in a small to team and be expected to perform porter duties when necessary.
The ideal Night manager:
- Will be confident in the use of Hotel PMS system – Opera ( ideal but not essential )
- Previous Front Office experience in a supervisory / management capacity
- Well presented and with a great personality
- Great communication skills
- Computer knowledge and experience in MS office programs.
- Strong all round hospitality experience.
