• Orders
• Supervising Staff
• Briefing Staff
• Managing small events
• Cellar Management
• Reporting to the Operations Manager
• Running shift on the bar

 

We have an ongoing long term booking in a prestigious leisure establishment. For the right person, this may be a temp-perm opportunity.
