Experienced Chefs needed evening and weekends off!!
Sociable hours and competitive pay! Mon-Friday contract catering chefs- North Birmingham and surrounding areas.
In need for an experienced chef in and around the north Birmingham area for a great opportunity in contract catering working very well desired hours between 07.00am to no later than 05.00pm!
Candidates must have the relevant skill:
– Experience of working in a professional kitchen as chef/ catering assistant.
– Full understanding of dietary requirements.
– Ideally experience of running a kitchen unit.
– Preparation of fresh food to suitable standard.
– Full knowledge of food safety, food preparation and handling.
– Level 2 or equivalent in cookery and basic food hygiene. (certificates.)
– Good communication skills.
– Experience of working in a team.
– Ability to work independently.
– Driving license and car are preferred but will consider non drivers.
– Food allergy training certificate
The role will entail:
– Ensuring all breakfast/lunches and Dinners are delivered at the correct time and in an ordered fashion.
– Ensuring all food produced meets the highest of standards.
– Adhering and following all health and safety regulations.
You will be offered a very competitive hourly rate of pay varying from between £10p/h-£13p/h. This is a great opportunity to fill a sociable job role and earn some good money along with furthering your chef repertoire.
