22 years ago, I started my career as a Kitchen Porter , and today I’m proud to be helping people build their own careers.

My journey began in a prestigious department store in Knightsbridge, London. Over the years, I worked my way up into management and gained valuable hospitality experience in some of London’s most iconic locations, including Harrods, Brompton Road, Chelsea and Piccadilly Circus.

From large restaurant chains to independent businesses, every workplace taught me something different about hospitality, teamwork, customer service and, most importantly, people.

Eight and a half years ago, I decided to take a completely different career path and move into recruitment.

It was a huge change!

After years of working in hospitality operations, I suddenly found myself working different hours, building relationships with clients, coordinating temporary staff and learning a completely new side of the industry.

But I embraced the challenge, worked hard, learned quickly and, within just two years, progressed into a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Office Management role.

Looking back, I’m incredibly proud of that journey.

It wasn’t always easy, but it was certainly rewarding. I’m especially grateful to everyone who believed in me, supported me and encouraged me along the way. Your support has meant more than you know.

🤝 Why do I love recruitment?

Because recruitment is about so much more than filling vacancies.

It’s about understanding people, building trust, creating opportunities and developing long-lasting relationships.

There’s nothing more rewarding than helping a client overcome staffing challenges, seeing a business succeed or watching someone you’ve recruited grow in confidence and progress in their career.

Sometimes, one opportunity is all someone needs to change their future.

And having experienced that myself, I know just how important it can be.
