We’re working with an exceptional Michelin-starred restaurant looking for a talented Sous Chef with previous Michelin experience to join its kitchen brigade.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, driven chef who thrives in a high-pressure environment, has an eye for detail and is committed to delivering outstanding food at the highest level.

•  £45,000–£50,000 salary, depending on experience

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant

• A genuine passion for high-quality ingredients, seasonal produce and modern cooking techniques

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain exceptional standards during service

• A hardworking, professional attitude and a desire to keep learning
