Since leaving school I always had a passion for cooking. This made me decide that I would go to college to get my NVQ level 2 and 3 in professional cookery. During this time I worked in local restaurants and hotels to hone my skills.
After some time in the industry I decided to use my experience to go travelling while I worked, I worked as a Head chef in beautiful restaurants from New Zealand to Canada. I then decided to come home to the UK and move to Cheltenham, from which I pursued a career in hospitality recruitment.
Interesting Fact – Taught myself to play the drums!
