Andrina Baylis is a highly experienced recruitment professional with nearly three decades of expertise across catering, hospitality, and facilities management.
She is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Jubilee Recruitment, where she focuses on contract recruitment and talent strategy within the hospitality sector.
Andrina’s career began with Compass Group UK & Ireland, where she progressed from a support team role working in a variety of sites into a Cataforce Temps Consultant position in London. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in temporary recruitment and client relationship management within high-demand environments.
She went on to build an exceptional long-term career with HAMILTON MAYDAY Ltd, dedicating over 24 years to the business. As a Senior Permanent Recruitment Consultant, Andrina specialised in sourcing high-calibre talent across all levels of catering and hospitality—from chefs (including Head, Executive, and Development roles) to General Managers, Operations Managers, and Facilities Management leadership.
Her earlier role as Branch Manager for the temporary division further strengthened her leadership capabilities and deepened her operational insight.
