As Weddings & Events Sales coordinator you will be one of the points of contacts within the hotel to handle all wedding and events enquiries, proactively research and analyse the market to grow new business and effectively plan each event in great detail through your concise communicating between the client and the operations team.

As Weddings and Events Sales Coordinator you will:

 

• Proactively research and analyse the market, to create sales activity in order to grow and lead in the market.
• Manage incoming calls and carry out show arounds for potential clients.
• Hosting FAM trips
• Liaise with operational teams to ensure each event meets and exceeds clients expectations.
• Carry out post event calls in order to check guest satisfaction and secure repeat business.
• Adherence to all company and hotel procedures.

 

The ideal Weddings and Events Sales Coordinator will:

• Sales orientated and have proven networking experience with the ability to promote the Hotel brand.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs.
• Self – motivated.
• Atleast a year in a similar role.
• Have your own mode of transport.
• Genuine passion to offer the best customer service possible
