An exciting opportunity to join the team of one of the country's most renowned chefs, working alongside the Head Chef and Owner in a brigade of up to 8 chefs.

This is a varied role that offers the chance to work across the restaurant, functions and events, and an established cookery school, making it ideal for either an experienced Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step in their career.

The venue boasts an extensive kitchen garden, providing exceptional seasonal produce and creating a true chef's dream working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Current Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to progress
