The Team: You will be driving a Team consisting of 2 x Assistant Managers, Bar Manager, Supervisors and full and a part time Front of House Staff.

The Food: Think sharing plates of Steamed Boa Buns, Pork Belly Bites and Whole Burrata with Prosciutto, for mains Aubrey Allen Rib Eye’s and sticky glazed Chicken Thighs
