We’re recruiting on behalf of an exclusive private island resort for a talented Pastry Chef with a strong bakery background to join a luxury culinary team delivering refined dining experiences in one of the most unique hospitality environments in the world.
This is a highly hands-on role working closely with both the Head Chef and Executive Chef, collaborating on breads, viennoiserie, desserts, afternoon offerings, and seasonal menu development.
With a maximum of around 30 covers, the focus is entirely on quality, creativity, consistency, and detail.
This role requires full relocation and would suit someone genuinely excited by island life and remote luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities as Pastry Chef
- Produce high-quality breads, pastries, viennoiserie, and desserts daily
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Executive Chef on menu development
- Maintain exceptional presentation and consistency standards
- Manage pastry prep, stock rotation, and section organisation
- Drive creativity through seasonal pastry and bakery offerings
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
What We’re Looking For
- Strong bakery and pastry experience
- Background in luxury hotels, restaurants, bakeries, or resorts preferred
- Passion for artisanal baking and refined dessert work
- Calm, organised, and detail-focused approach
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Must be willing to fully relocate and embrace island life
