A Pastry Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a Multi Rosette property in the Midlands. The Head Chef at this establishment has a fantastic back ground having worked with some of Britain’s most famous chefs.
This Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef that has a background in Rosettes, to help establish this restaurant as one of the best in the area with the aim of achieving 3 rosettes or higher! You could be part of this exciting new team!

As the Pastry Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen
– Creativity and ideas towards the industry
– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
The Pastry Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved in the following: –
– Carrying out Pastry CDP Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– Creative Input on the menus with own outstanding ideas
