Are you organised, confident and passionate about delivering unforgettable weddings and events?

We're recruiting on behalf of a busy and growing catering company in Churchdown, Gloucester, delivering everything from intimate private celebrations to weddings and corporate events for up to 200 guests.

They're looking for a Wedding & Events Coordinator to own the entire event journey — from first enquiry through to flawless delivery on the day.

Responsibilities as Wedding & Events Coordinator

• Respond to new enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Meet clients to discuss their vision, menu and budget
• Prepare quotes, proposals and contracts
• Coordinate events end-to-end, from booking to delivery
• Liaise with venues, suppliers and other event professionals
• Build detailed event schedules and running orders
• Attend weddings and events to oversee smooth delivery on the day
• Support and coordinate catering staff during events
• Carry out post-event client follow-up
• Manage general admin and client records via Microsoft Office and CRM

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in wedding, event or hospitality coordination
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident, commercially minded, and able to convert enquiries into sales
• Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple events at once
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence — comfortable driving company vans occasionally
• Flexible with evening and weekend working
