As head pastry chef you will be managing a team of 8 in the pastry plus two bakers offering 3 rosette level plus desserts, petit fours, bakery products and afternoon teas to a multi outlet site from a top notch highly equipped production kitchen.
This is a pastry chef’s dream job where you create your own menus, organise your own team, create your own new desserts plus get to run cookery demonstrations and classes to an elite client base.
You will be working primarily straight shifts with a great work life balance plus you get paid for any overtime worked and paid weekly!
