We are looking for a talented pastry chef to run a team of three in this 2 rosette multi outlet kitchen in a luxury country house hotel.
Your will have complete autonomy of the pastry department from writing menus to creating dishes, ordering and rostering for your team.
As pastry chef you will be responsible for creating exciting innovative menus, desserts and afternoon teas using all the latest equipment and techniques at your disposal.
This is a busy kitchen and requires a highly organised pastry chef to run and manage this kitchen successfully.
There is live in accommodation which is 1.5 miles away so some form of transport would be advantageous.

As the Head Pastry Chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Professional Chef experience within a 3 rosette back ground
– Creativity and ideas towards the industry
– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
The Head Pastry Chef role will be responsible for and involved in the following: –
– Carrying out Head Pastry Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– Creative Input on the menus with own outstanding ideas
