If you’ve worked at management level as a Head Chef, General Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role, we’ll give you all the recruitment training you need to build your next career.

You don’t need previous recruitment experience. What matters is that you understand hospitality, you’re confident dealing with people and you have the drive to learn, develop and succeed.

Trainee Chef Recruitment Consultant job in London, Highlights:

• Year 1 on target earnings (salary + bonus) of £45,000
• Year 2 on target earnings (salary + bonus) of £55,000+
• Start earning commission straight away with our excellent bonus structure
• Full-time, permanent position, 40 hours per week
• Office based, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional flexibility required)
• Based in our London office (5 min walk from Kings Cross Station)
• Full recruitment training provided
• 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
• Extra day off for your birthday
• Multiple company social events and paid social trips away

Trainee Chef Recruitment Consultant job in London, Candidate Requirements:

• Hospitality experience is non-negotiable, ideally at senior level such as Head Chef, General Manager or similar
• Confident communicating with new people and building relationships
• Naturally driven, motivated and keen to develop
• Access to your own vehicle is preferred for occasional client visits
