My client is one of Cheltenhams top Hotel holding 2 rosettes currently. They are looking for a Head Pastry Chef to come in and take ownership of the section while maintaining the high standards that have already been set.
This is an extremely busy hotel, everything is made on site including bread. Currently doing around 50 weddings a year the property also has a consistent afternoon tea trade. The Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef that will help him too push for a 3rd rosette.
