£32-34k basic salary

Brilliant chance for a Sous or Head Chef who is looking for a slower pace within a consistently successful branded business that’s been established a long time.

The position is in Southport city centre. Your primary focus is maintaining the specifications and quality of the food coming out of the kitchen and training and developing the junior chefs to achieve promotion for themselves. The company offer a fantastic support network with all the administrative responsibilities, but you should have a decent back ground knowledge of hygiene, stock and cost control and rota management.
