Nicholle started her hospitality career at 17, waiting tables at a 5★ hotel in Torquay, Devon. She then moved onto management positions in the restaurant industry, progressing to front-of-house Training Manager and opening sites around the UK with the French dining chain Bistrot Pierre.
Since then, Nicholle has worked with various restaurants in the Manchester and Cheshire areas, within independents and chains, to her final restaurant venture as part of the management team at The Ivy, Manchester where she spent 3 years.
Whilst there, Nicholle was promoted to internal recruitment coordinator, where she learned her passion for placing hospitality stars into their next exciting roles.
Fun Fact: Nicholle has spent 2 summer seasons abroad in Ibiza, and was awarded Top Salesperson for the Ocean Beach Club Ibiza in 2015
