Are you an experienced Receptionist looking to move into the exclusive world of Private Members Club?

THE JOB:

  • Greeting and check in/check-out assistance of the guests.
  • Responding to and addressing all requests or questions either directly or by passing on to the relevant department.
  • Answering and forwarding all incoming calls.
  • Management of the Club’s bookings and reservations.
  • Assistance with any administrative and clerical duties.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience of working in a Customer facing role i.e. Hotel Reception for at least 1 year.
  • Stability in your career to date.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Immaculate presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility as this is a 5 over 7 role with will expect of you to work alternating weekends.

THE PACKAGE:

  • 27K per annum + bi-annual TRONC
  • 40h per week
  • Work pattern – two types of shifts 7am – 3pm and 2pm-10pm with alternating weekends on duty
