Are you an experienced Front Office/Front of House Manager with a strong background in the 5* Hotel or Private Members Club?

THE JOB:

  • Strategic management of 5 interlinked Front Office based departments i.e. Reception, Housekeeping and Revenue
  • Delivery of the highest possible guest service
  • Maintain and further develop team focused culture
  • Strategical approach to future planning of all departments

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Min. 2 years in a Senior Front Office focused role at either a London based Private Members Club or a Boutique/5* Luxe Hotel is a must
  • Strong focus on the quality of service.
  • Excellent delegation ability.
  • Strong people management and development skills.
  • Ability to lead by example.

THE PACKAGE:

  • 55-60K per annum + KPI based bonus
