THE JOB:
- Handling of incoming enquiries via incoming calls and emails.
- Booking processing.
- Treatments scheduling.
- Ability to maintain an excellent customer service.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Excellent call handling manner.
- Positive and welcoming approach.
- Impeccable command of English language – both spoken and written.
- Ability to maintain an excellent customer service.
- Target driven and able to work under pressure.
- Please note that due to the location of the property you MUST have own means of transport.
THE PACKAGE:
- 25.5K per annum
- 40h per week on a Monday – Friday basis
