- £16,000 – £18,000 depending on experience
- Excellent tips in the region of £4,000 – £5,000
- Have set days off Monday and Tuesdays
- Have Christmas off (they are closed)
- Work with Taster and a la carte menus of Michelin standard only closed for Christmas.
