As a Commis Chef you will:

  • £16,000 – £18,000 depending on experience
  • Excellent tips in the region of £4,000 – £5,000
  • Have set days off Monday and Tuesdays
  • Have Christmas off (they are closed)
  • Work with Taster and a la carte menus of Michelin standard only closed for Christmas.
