As Commis Chef you will be working with 2 Rosette awarded food that is pushing hard for a Michelin star. The food is ultra modern with modern cooking techniques.
The Head Chef of this 2 Rosette Restaurant has a Michelin background and he wants to teach you.
The property has its own vegetable and herb garden on site. You will be working with the finest ingredients possible including fresh truffles from Italy.
This is a perfect role for a Commis Chef who wants to get away and live independently. The live-in is in a town centre close to bars, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarkets everything you would expect. Most live-in roles are in the middle of nowhere but this live-in is bang in the town centre with plenty of things to do on days off.
