An experienced Commis Chef is required for permanent contract working for an independent fresh food gastro pub near Ashborne.

This outstanding gastro is under new management with both the General Manager & Head Chef from a Michelin Star environment, combining their experienced the plan is to gain 2 Rosettes and  there is no doubt that this little gem will gain these accolades within the next few months.

If you have a creative side and love working with fine and fresh ingredients, then this could be the opportunity for you! This is a role for a career driven Chef as the experience you will receive here will be second to none. You will need ambition and in return you will be given the tools to become an all-rounded & strong Chef de Partie.

This role would suit someone living in Stoke-on-Trent , Derby, Uttoxeter or if you prefer to live in there is cheap accommodation for just £40.00 per week.

As Commis Chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport.

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
