Jubilee are looking to recruit a Chef De Rang for an award winning multiple rosette restaurant in the beautiful country side of Worcestershire.
You will be joining a luxurious and elegant multiple award winning restaurant very well known for its mouth-watering masterpieces and excellent service.
As the Chef De Rang you will be expected to have excellent product knowledge on fine ingredients and dishes, whilst supervising and motivating a small team and ensuring constant levels of finesse and customer satisfaction are achieved.

As Chef De Rang you will be required to:
Ensure there is a consistent professional and high level of service, which goes beyond guests expectations.
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
Ensure orders are taken promptly and delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
Have full knowledge of all menu items, ingredients and preparation methods.
An ideal Chef De Rang candidate will:
Have a strong team work ethic.
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
Have experience working in a high-end fine dining restaurant.
Significant experience in a similar position is essential
Enthusiastic and positive personality.
