We’re recruiting on behalf of a quality-led hotel operating at 2 AA Rosette standard for a confident CDP who wants to join a small team and actually learn and take ownership of each section.

What You’ll Do
- Run your own section confidently during service
- Lead when senior chefs are off
- Support and guide junior team members
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
- Follow strict HACCP and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a CDP in a fresh food kitchen
- Exposure to Rosette or quality-led kitchens preferred
- Confident leading during busy service
- Strong organisation and food safety knowledge
- Ambition to step into Junior Sous responsibility
