Responsibilities of Chef de Partie

  • Run and manage your section with precision and consistency
  • Prepare and present dishes to an exceptional fine dining standard
  • Work closely with senior chefs to execute and refine menus
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene, organisation, and food safety standards
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
  • Ensure all mise en place is completed to the highest level ahead of service

 

About you

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/ Demi CDP ready to step up, ideally in fine dining or high-end kitchens
  • Strong technical skills and a passion for modern gastronomy
  • Exceptional attention to detail and presentation
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-expectation environment
  • A genuine drive to be part of a Michelin-level team
  • Professional, disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement
