Responsibilities of Chef de Partie
- Run and manage your section with precision and consistency
- Prepare and present dishes to an exceptional fine dining standard
- Work closely with senior chefs to execute and refine menus
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, organisation, and food safety standards
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
- Ensure all mise en place is completed to the highest level ahead of service
About you
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/ Demi CDP ready to step up, ideally in fine dining or high-end kitchens
- Strong technical skills and a passion for modern gastronomy
- Exceptional attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-expectation environment
- A genuine drive to be part of a Michelin-level team
- Professional, disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement
