Restaurant Chefs Wanted – Choose Your Hours

If you’re after agency work without being tied to one kitchen, this could be ideal.We’re recruiting for agency roles within restaurants across Wolverhampton and the surrounding area. This includes a mix of independent venues and branded sites, offering consistent work, variety, and the flexibility to choose when you work.

Chefs who thrive in fast-paced service, maintain standards under pressure, and can slot seamlessly into established teams will do particularly well in these roles.

Opportunities are available across Breakfast, CDP, Pastry, Sous, and Head Chef levels, offering a variety of shifts to suit your availability. 

• £15 – £18 per hour, dependant on experience and availability 
• Paid holiday and pension available for chefs seeking long-term agency work 
• You choose your own rota – we cover the rest 
• Flexible shift times and start dates 
• A wide mix of restaurant kitchens, from independents to branded sites 
• Work one day a week or seven – all options available 

Our client base in Wolverhampton covers a broad range of restaurants, allowing you to build experience, maintain variety, and enjoy steady agency work. 

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to speak with chefs who have strong experience within premium restaurant dining environments and are comfortable operating at that level consistently.

You must be confident working in high-pressure kitchens, particularly during large-scale events and high-volume gastro service where speed, quality and consistency are critical.
