A corporate hotel near Redditch is looking for a Chef de Partie ideally with a hotel background offering straights shifts and an attractive salary of £22,000 plus overtime paid. Last year Chef de Parties earned over £25,000.
As Chef de Partie you will be working in a team of 8 in the brigade including an all-important Breakfast Chef.
As a Chef de Partie you will get a base salary of £22,000 for 40 hours and anything over this you will get paid.
As Chef de Partie you will be working a mixture of early and lates.
Covers in the restaurant are upto 80 and around 150 for a sit-down wedding – nice numbers for a Chef de Partie.
