Responsibilities as Chef de Partie
- Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Prepare and present food to a consistently high standard
- Work as part of the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Assist with stock control, deliveries, and monthly stock takes
- Support and positively influence team members
- Help across different sections of the kitchen as required
- Act as an ambassador for the organisation when interacting with guests
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
- Fresh food background with good attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
- Calm, organised, and reliable
- Passion for quality produce and sustainable cooking
- Legal right to work in the UK
