- Hours: 05:00 – 13:30
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Working weeks: 34 weeks + 4.1 weeks holiday
- Total paid weeks: 38.1 (salary paid across 52 weeks)
Duties of Breakfast chef
- Prepare and deliver breakfast service
- Follow set menus and dietary requirements
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Keep kitchen areas clean and organised
- Support smooth morning service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with early starts
- Good understanding of food hygiene
- Team-focused attitude
