Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality drinks service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar
- Engage confidently with guests
- Support wine, cocktail, and beverage service
- Work closely with the wider FOH and management team

- Bartending experience in a quality hospitality setting
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Friendly, professional manner
- Interest in premium drinks and service standards
