We're recruiting for one of Cheltenham High Street's most popular late-night bars, known for relaxed late-night drinking, social American pool tables and high-energy nights out.

They're looking for an Assistant Manager to work across both sites, keeping the floor running, the drinks flowing and stock under control — this is a hands-on operational role, not a desk job.

Responsibilities as Assistant Manager

• Manage the floor and team across both Lounge and Bentleys during shift
• Serve drinks and lead from the front on busy nights
• Oversee stock levels across both sites
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of service, 1pm to 2am

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a bar or late-night venue management role
• Comfortable working late hours (1pm – 2am)
• Confident managing a team and floor across a busy, high-volume site
• Hands-on, front-of-house approach — happy to be behind the bar as well as managing it
