We're recruiting on behalf of an exciting brand-new restaurant concept launching in the heart of Broadway and are looking for an ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen from day one.

This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. You'll have the chance to shape the kitchen culture, develop the team, and help establish what promises to become one of the Cotswolds' most exciting dining destinations.

Responsibilities as Head Chef

• Lead the kitchen through the launch and day-to-day operation of the restaurant
• Build, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen brigade
• Deliver exceptional food quality and consistency every service
• Oversee ordering, stock control, GP, and labour management
• Work closely with ownership to develop and evolve the food offering
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation
• Create a positive, professional kitchen culture focused on teamwork and development

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Head Chef within a quality-led restaurant or premium hospitality operation
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and motivating teams
• Passion for fresh, seasonal food and delivering exceptional dining experiences
• Commercially aware with experience managing GP, labour, and kitchen performance
• Calm, organised, and hands-on leadership style
• Someone excited by the opportunity to help launch and establish a brand-new restaurant concept
