£35,000 – £40,000 Salary, Broadway, Cotswolds | Full-Time | Independent Restaurant

We're recruiting on behalf of an exciting new restaurant opening in Broadway for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house operation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join from the very beginning and help shape the culture, service standards, and guest experience of a premium independent restaurant.

This is a floor-based role. We're looking for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading from the front, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities as Restaurant Manager

  • Lead front-of-house service and daily operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Recruit, train, and develop the restaurant team
  • Manage rotas, staffing, and team performance
  • Maintain high service, cleanliness, and presentation standards
  • Build strong relationships with guests and local customers
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager
  • Strong background in restaurants, pubs, or premium hospitality venues
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent floor presence
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Someone excited by the opportunity to help launch a new busines
