Responsibilities as Head Chef
- Lead the kitchen and deliver high-quality food across events
- Design and evolve seasonal menus
- Manage GP, costings, and stock control
- Train, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
- Maintain high standards of food safety and presentation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Proven creative flair and passion for fresh food
- Strong understanding of costings and kitchen performance
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Passion for working with local, seasonal produce
