Responsibilities as General Manager

• Take full ownership of day-to-day pub operations
• Lead, develop, and build a strong FOH and BOH team
• Drive service standards and guest experience
• Manage P&L, labour, and overall site performance
• Work closely with owners on business direction and growth
• Create a welcoming, community-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a General Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• Background in quality-led pubs or restaurants
• Strong leadership and team-building ability
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing a business
• Passion for hospitality, food, and creating great guest experiences
• Someone excited by the opportunity to build and grow a site from the ground up
