Relief Chefs – Pro Golf Tour (Corporate Hospitality)

Take control of your schedule with flexible chef work paying up to £21 per hour across North Birmingham, Staffordshire and Shropshire – including Pro Golf Tour events and high-end corporate hospitality environments.

This is big-ticket hospitality. You’ll be working in premium event kitchens delivering for corporate guests, sponsors and VIP clients, where standards are high and consistency matters across every service. 

We work with kitchens that rely on chefs who can walk in, adapt quickly and deliver from the first service.  That’s why we’ve built and looking to expand a network of professional relief chefs who can operate at that level.

The Role 

• Working across Pro Golf Tour events and corporate hospitality kitchens 

• Adapting quickly to new teams, menus and environments 

• Maintaining standards across high-volume, high-expectation service 

• Supporting teams during key service periods and events

What we need 

• Experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or similar 

• Confidence in new kitchen environments 

• Strong work ethic and reliability 

• Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-standard kitchens
