Responsibilities as Housekeeping Manager

  • Lead and develop housekeeping and laundry teams
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Oversee daily operations across guest areas and facilities
  • Manage stock, budgets, and supplier relationships
  • Conduct quality inspections and handle guest feedback
  • Support sustainability, health & safety, and operational standards
  • Work closely with other departments across the resort

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous housekeeping management experience in hospitality
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Experience managing stock, costs, and operational standards
  • High attention to detail and service focus
  • Comfortable working in an international resort environment
