We’re recruiting on behalf of a thriving, independently owned gastropub led by an award-winning Head Chef who is building a passionate, talented team to take the business to the next level.

We have two roles available:

  • Sous Chef – ideal for a strong Senior CDP or Junior Sous ready to step up.
  • Demi Chef de Partie – perfect for a developing chef looking to learn in a fresh food kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal produce.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all sections.
  • Support in training and motivating junior members of the kitchen team.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and maintaining kitchen standards.
  • Bring ideas, positivity, and passion to every service.
