Responsibilities as Chef de Partie:

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard in line with fine dining expectations.
• Work with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced produce on a regularly changing menu.
• Support senior chefs in maintaining smooth kitchen operations and service standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety compliance.
• Contribute creative ideas for menu development and specials.

About You:

• Previous experience in a fresh food or fine dining kitchen (Rosette or similar background preferred).
• Passionate about flavour, presentation, and guest experience.
• A positive, reliable, and calm presence under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to commute within Oxfordshire or relocate locally.
