Restaurant General Manager role in Fife (Lower Largo), Highlights:

• Base salary up to £40,000, negotiable on experience
• Share of tronc (Roughly £5,000 per year) – 10% service charge applied to all tables
• Share of credit card gratuities (on top of tronc)
