A Food Preparation Assistant is required to work for a large event company in Birmingham. Hours of work and shifts vary each week but we also have other clients who you can work for if you want extra hours. This Food Preparation Assistant opening could suit someone who is maybe is studying to be a chef and wants that real kitchen experience.
As a Food Preparation Assistant, you will: –

– Work fast and safe in the kitchen, carrying out cooking and cleaning tasks as instructed by the Chef or Catering Manager.
– Completion of HACCP documentation
– Have a positive, “can do” attitude.
– Be reliable, turn up on time to every shift and work hard.
– Have their own clean Chef whites, safety shoes, apron and hat.

By working as a Food Preparation Assistant for Jubilee, we will work with you to be put through Food Hygiene and Health & Safety training so this is a chance to gain new skills and qualifications.
