As a Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working in a ultra modern pastry kitchen with all the latest equipment where product development is the norm.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will paid between £20,000 – £22,000 with tips and overtime paid, 40 hours a week and 8 hours a day.
There is a bulk of daytime shifts as the majority of work is done during the day.
As a Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working with one of the most talented Head Pastry Chefs in the UK where you are encouraged to go on courses and competitions with full support.
